1. Relieving the Stress of Tired Eyes massage
It is quite possible that after a busy day your eyes get tired. You can relieve the stress of the eyes with a simple therapy.
All you need to do is to close them with your thumb under the eyebrows.Start at the inside corner of the socket of eyes and press and gently massage using circular movement, working slowly towards the outsides of your eyebrows. Continuing this gentle massage all around your eyes.
The eyes is a tender place and important for relieving the stress.The movement should end at the bridge of your nose,if you repeat the simple massage using your thumbs, you can relieve the eyes strain.
2. Getting Rid of Tension and Headaches massage.
If you are having headaches issues then you can use this easy massage therapy to get rid of them. You can even release tensions from your body with this easy therapy.
First place the thumbs on your cheekbones.(The thumbs should be placed close to the ears).Apply pressure to the area by using fingertips. Don’t apply too much pressure and the fingers should be gentle.
Rub your temples with fingertips. This is the delicate place present between the ear and the eye. You should apply little pressure and use small circular motions. Move the fingers slowly along the hairline and they should meet in the centre of the forehead. This motion will make sure that that the your forehead is massaged and relieved of all possible stress.

3. Keep your Hands Relaxed:
This simple movement can help relief the strain of working all day. You can stretch the hands and fingers. You should rub the fingers, starting from base to the tip of fingers.
Also gently twist and pull each finger. Then the next simple movement is resting the left hand on your lap and making sure the palm is facing upwards. The you gently squeeze the fleshy part of the hand between the thumb and index finger. The movement should move from wrist to the base of the thumb. Then press the web that is present between thumb and left index finger. You need to repeat the movement if you find any tender spots.

This massage therapy helps in relieving any tension in the neck area. People spend a whole day sitting and working on their laptops or computer can suffer from tension in the neck.
If you feel pain in the neck area then it will be difficult to concentrate. You can relief the tension by just moulding your hands over the shoulders and exhale. Then while exhaling you need to let the head drop slowly. Also,squeeze the fingers as you glide them on the muscles of the shoulders and move towards the neck.Put your elbows on the desk and let the head drop forward.
This movement should be slow and not jerky. Also massage the neck starting from shoulders and going towards the base of the skull. Also use the fingertips while massaging and do it with small circular movements.
5. Taking Care of the Feet:
If you stay on your feet whole day you will end up with sore and painful feet. You can get rid of the pain before it becomes serious by massaging them. You can simply use a tennis ball for relieving the stress of the feet.
Place the ball under the feet, put your weight on it and roll it from heel to toe. You can use a water bottle afterwards to ice your feet.
